This is Skunkinator who was an intact male skunk raised as a house pet, but his person wanted him to be rehabbed and returned to the wild, so she sent him to me back when I Iived on the bayou and rehabbed wildlife. He had a little house and he stayed around for awhile and gradually moved on. Sweet fellow. His person came to see him a couple weeks later and he let her pick him up and cuddle him. I never touched him, but brought his food. Here he is coming out to eat.

Squash This was a very vigorous volunteer that I saved seeds from and grew out for years. I also used the blossoms and green fruits. It's the only squash I was ever able to grow here without any disease or pest problems. Sadly, I have no more seeds - and no more garden.
