WW Program - Mon. 11/7 - Sun. 11/13
Comments (8)Shirley, I agree with the work/reworking recipes. There are lots of ways to cut out fat and add more fiber to many recipes. The WW program has really helped me to become more aware of what I put in my mouth! Since I am a junk food person, this way of eating is much healthier for me! I went to a meeting last night at Mamacita's restaurant. Hmmm great Mexican food (which is very high in fat!). I had to have one of their great margaritas with a small bowl of tortilla soup. I don't even want to know how many points was in it. I'm glad that meeting is only once a month! Speaking of deserts - I have been eating lots of fruit and berries with a little lite cool whip on top. Eat it slowly and enjoy every bite....See MoreSurvivor - 3 hour finale tonight 5/13
Comments (29)I was very happy with Tony winning. I would've liked it if Natalie had won as well. I was SO happy Sarah didn't make it to the final 3 so we didn't have to listen to her drone on and on. I liked her in the season she won but not so much this time around. I actually felt sorry for Michelle not getting a vote. She was the easy choice to take to final 3. Michelle seemed like she was making fire easily. I think the only thing Nat could've done differently was to pick Sarah and then make Michelle & Tony battle out the fire challenge. Boston Rob is crazy for saying Nat should've taken her chance beating Tony in a fire challenge - no way should anyone give up their guaranteed final 3 spot ever. There's no way he would have done that so I was disappointed he'd say it. Natalie did have a huge part in the game. When she re-capped all the advantages she sent back into the game, I was impressed. But I think Tony did play the better game and he's certainly entertaining to watch! The time he thought he had an advantage that turned into a disadvantage, his reaction as he was reading it was my favorite part of the entire season!...See More12/13 Survivor and Amazing Race
Comments (16)I was really happy with ‘old school’ AR this season. That is what they called it and I really hope they stick to the format. Most of the racing teams really didn’t get into any huge arguments (a few did, and I chalk most of that up to the stress and fatigue of the race itself). The finale was great. The winners were smart and played smart all the way. But any one of those 3 teams could have won....See More3/13 Survivor tonight
Comments (6)Sushi, I was thinking the same, that Brandon (?) will be back. I am so tired of Banu and his blubbering. Maybe Banu will have a mental breakdown and he’ll be replaced by Brandon....See More- last year
