Lars, I found out neighbors are having a funeral in Culver City...didn't know if you could recommend a florist in the area.... Hopefully one that's reasonable...

I've been to several florists in Culver City, which is where I used to live and where Kevin worked, but I mostly went to them to buy orchids.

Sada's Flowers is a good choice for regular arrangements, but I don't know if they have anything specifically for funerals.

Another good neighborhood florist is Culver City Flower Shop.

Mahala Flowers is good if you want something tropical.

There used to be an orchid shop in Culver City half a block from where I worked, but it is no longer there.

I remember the "down below" convo came up on GW a number of years ago, and a member who has since left the forum was adamant that there's something weird, wrong, and perverse about women who "'scape" down there. I remember being taken aback by the things she said, thinking it such a personal matter, that I couldn't imagine anyone possibly caring about what someone else does to the hair in their nether regions! I still feel the same way. Shave it, wax it, grow it long and strong... whatever one prefers --- and for many, there ARE definite preferences.

I saved this photo in my Houzz Ideabook for bathroom conversions, but here's another one, from the Leviton web site:I generally look for light bulbs that are 2700-3000K and never go over 3500K. The bathroom fixtures that I used in my renovations are 3000K, and they look whiter than what you see in the charts. It's always helpful to see the light fixtures in person, and I did do this for the ones I bought for our bathrooms. I would not put 3500K in a bathroom, although I think it is okay for a kitchen, and that is the only place I would use it.

I did get your message, but I had to go to my "Old Inbox." For some reason, there is a "New Inbox" (which seems bogus) and an "Old Inbox" and only the old inbox seems to work. I responded to the message I received in my old inbox 😵 I also went to my email and responded from the notification I received there regarding the message that you sent me. I don't understand why we have and old inbox and a new inbox here! It seems that the new inbox does not work, and so I'm wondering why it is there.
