@Abballmom @Michelle G @pamela1154 @Megan Redlich We are choosing between carpet and CoreTec Calypso Oak in a bonus room/playroom. I do love the colors and appreciate all of your photos! A couple of questions: - For those who have it on an upper level: what is the noise like below? This would be on our second story above my husband's office so I worry a bit about this, especially compared to carpet. - Is it easy to clean? Any issues with vacuum (or a roomba) scratching it? - What about scratching in general? We have a large dog...and young kids who love to push all kinds of things around on the floor :) - Are you generally still happy with your choice? Thank you so much!

Thank you @aziline!! I talked to Shaw. I really think they manufacture coretec also ... I didn't ask but one of the products they recommended was by Coretec. Anyway, the person I got in touch with has the same cabinets as me. She gave me a few suggestions. LARGO MIX PLUS GRAN SASSO JATOBA CASA PLUS GRIGIO LARGO MIX PLUS CAMPANIA JATOBA Edinburgh Oak I haven't tried any of these. The coretec she suggested has enhanced bevels that I have been avoiding. Therefore, it might have been at the flooring store but in the section I wasn't looking. I haven't taken home any of Shaw's products. I really haven't looked at Shaw. I didn't really want varied length boards but I will overlook that as long as I feel it will look good in the space. I also don't think the tile would look good on the whole floor. Maybe in the bathroom but not the entire space. Isn't remodeling suppose to be fun??!!

Hi @Lini Alim - We have not used Calypso Oak in our kitchen. It was installed in our basement. But we do have cabinets in our basement that will be white. Unfortunately the cabinet doors are not delivered to me yet. But I think you can never go wrong with Calypso oak and white cabinets.

Thank you so much for the photos! Really appreciate them!!! I actually bit the bullet and went ahead with Lemon Tree. They look just like the photos that you have posted - the colour and everything was just very accurate - thanks! I really love it and am very happy with my choice! The long, long planks are gorgeous and the colour is warm and inviting, yet neutral. I also was very worried about the darker bevel but in the end, it looks so natural that I really don't notice the bevel really! People thought that this was real wood too :-) To those of you who are on the fence with Lemon Tree - JUST DO IT!
