so we have this, on furniture this on bedding? I would forgo the sea salt (which is the wrong tone for this combo) and try something like this. (BTW, to get a true representation, you need to prime that wall white before trying the samples. that darker gold tone will alter that one sample coat) BM colors: you could also go w/a very soft, lighter blush color.

I think both SW sea salt and BM windy sky are good choices. Yarmouth blue may make the room feel smaller. I know you also asked if it would be good to use one color throughout the coop. I’m not sure Hopefully someone else will weigh in there!

I did not prime the wall per the paint store's instruction. I did do two coats for the test, but the pictures are of 1 coat. It is definitely reading more of a light blue than I expected as well. My husband is convincing me to give it time. The only spot I don't like it is in the back corner of her room where she happens to have 3 competing doors (entry, closet and bathroom). In reality, I wouldn't normally stare at that spot. The focal point will be her bed and reading nook.
