The open corner is what I’m needing help decorating. I’m painting our furniture the same as the white nightstand. Four poster bed that I have to paint yet.

Interesting perspective! Didn't think about that. My closet door is usually open. One thing that makes me hesitant about B, is additional construction (tearing a wall down, and adding 2 walls VS just adding one wall). Any other reasons B is better, helping convince myself it's worth the costs.

R.O. you could do some painting of the walls to mimic that first photo. Or hire someone do to that framed trim. It would really add some drama to the room. You said warm colors but what about a neutral cool? I am not sure your budget but if you check out places like Homegoods you might find some really gorgeous drapes and hardware. Hang them as high as you can. After you find drapes you like, find a matching color or similar color for your walls. I saw those side table lamps and the exact bench in Homegoods yesterday. ANd of course Wayfair tufted bench round chandelier

Option one with a smaller budget is to keep the same layout, swap the existing tub for a free-standing one. 5'6 wide shower is enough for 2, it looks like the length of it is about the same minus the bench. You can always shrink the vanities to expand the shower , you defiantly don't need 11'5 for vanity's. Option two if budget allows to re-route the plumbing, you can do the entire bathroom over-haul like moving the wall and vanities forward to expand the closet, shrink the vanity space and move the toilet on the vanity wall and the rest will be all shower. Maybe something like this to give you an idea Good luck

The corner will be where I have my devotions and so maybe some plants hanging,some art on the grey wall and a hanging lamp in the left corner something on the window sill. The window sill is extra wide cause we did super form for the walls so a little glimpse of what I’m thinking of. There’s lots space in our room for me to do yoga but I don’t think I’ll have any exercise stuff in our room. The window in the corner has a very gorgeous view to the north so just feel like the corner should just be a cozy relaxing vibe but I don’t have a clue what style I should go with. I have a cute oval gold mirror that I got in a grab box at Christmas that I can post below that thought could go somewhere in the corner.
