R.O. you could do some painting of the walls to mimic that first photo. Or hire someone do to that framed trim. It would really add some drama to the room. You said warm colors but what about a neutral cool? I am not sure your budget but if you check out places like Homegoods you might find some really gorgeous drapes and hardware. Hang them as high as you can. After you find drapes you like, find a matching color or similar color for your walls. I saw those side table lamps and the exact bench in Homegoods yesterday. ANd of course Wayfair tufted bench round chandelier

Olivia- answering your question-I guess what you had originally is what I like. Navy curtains straight down. Skip the valance, would be great if you got rid of those wood blinds, but I understand if its a no go zone. Can I suggest room darkening curtains, they work well with blocking sunlight in the mornings. I did this in my room, just to avoid the whole blind thing and when I open the curtains the full window is exposed and lets in all the light. Agree with doods- longer rod, fuller curtains ( wider in size ). I have had 2 curtain panels stitched together to make a wider curtain before.. Not too high curtain rod setting either. Maybe a little puddling on floor to give it that romantic feel. Navy curtains I like, nice contrast against the lighter wall. Is that gold ( yellow ) in that artwork? ..so maybe add some gold accent in the room, either in throw blanket or throw pillow. Good luck!

Guess what?! Shower curtain arrived from Etsy yesterday and it looks great! Colors are even better in person than online. Copper and brown colors tie in with the tile perfectly and it brings much needed gray, white, and blue. Love! It is a little long, but I can easily re-hem. The Pottery Barn Odin rug wasn’t so lucky. The colors are kind of turquoise-y and sea glass green. So next I’m shopping for a 3’ x 5’ rug with gray-blue in it. Speaking of shopping...also need to look for art for the bedroom wall. The replacement one arrived, also with dents to the frame. Hubby brought it in from the porch and said, “Wow, this box is mangled!”

Not a mirror because you've got a blank wall on the other side. I'd look for one large piece of horizontal art, framed very simply, just shorter than the 2 dressers together. Look for neutral colors with some type horizontal line so you keep the serene and minimalist vibe. After seeing your headboard and lamps, I'd leave it as is, without the round mirrors.
