Updating exterior windows on late 90s stucco 2 story, help!

Looking to replace our exterior windows that have way to many grids. Should I go all gridless? What about the entry way windows? I want to just get rid of the transom and have the larger window gridless, but the window salesman says it will look weird and the arched window will be too high and look random. The large arched window in the center is 2 windows, half circle and rectangle. Changing to a single tombstone is too expensive and difficult. So if I go gridless, there will be a line separating the half circle from a the clear rectangle. I cant find any software that is easy to use that will show me what any of this will actually look like. Any advice is welcome (and yes, we will also repaint but that is a 2025 project).
