Today people are wanting lighter, fresher looking homes. Given your brick and roof, I think if you painted your stucco and trim a lighter version of this color that would help a lot. Perhaps something like Benjamin Moore Edgecomb Gray or Manchester Tan? I'm sure others will have more ideas as well!

You might want to go with some light color from your stones.

Not sure what you mean by "Craftsman flair." The Craftsman style is for much smaller houses, kind of squarely planted on a foundation, (well under 2000 sq ft) with porches, wood features, small dorners, pillars, often one-story, cottage garden, steps, certainly no dominating garages out front or big wings on the side. Your house has features no Craftsman house would have. Cozy colors that work with a small Craftsman would be too loud for your very large house.

If you want a cozier look to your house, unless your house needs a paint job, devote your budget to beautiful front gardens instead of trying to get "Craftsman flair" on a house that is the opposite of that style.

I would highlight the large front window and the trim with a darker paint.

I’d start with beefing up the posts on the front porch.

Maybe add a light fixture to the front area.

Paint the stucco white.

I like the brick as is. But if you want cohesive you can paint or whitewash the brick as well.

I think I’d replace the upstairs window to one without the arch.

New garage door.
Or replace the top row to a more modern style window.

Lots of landscaping.

Wood features--pillars, pergola over garage doors; wooden garage door. Still not Craftsman house, but warmer, natural wood features might change the look in a direction you want. I still say professional landscaping would do the most. The house is fine as it is. It's unfortunate that 90s' builders made garages as dominant as the house.
