Advice for formal oven to table serving piece

Would love to hear your opinions on oven to table serving dishes for my formal table. My fine china is Haviland Illusion Lavande, the silver is Oneida King Cedric, and the crystal is Rosenthal Lotus. I have been using the serving dishes in Haviland Illusion's line + various amethyst crystal bowls and serving dishes. I am attaching photos of my table and the individual elements - china, silver, crystal. What would you suggest to coordinate with that for times when I want to serve something like Pommes dauphinoises? I am considering: 1. a beautiful handmade but somewhat rustic dish made by a friend 2. Pyrex amethyst 3. Peugeot Appolia ceramic bakers in eggplant. But none of these seem quite elegant enough to go with the rest of the table. Perhaps one of you can suggest something else?
