Are these snail babies under my rosemary pot ?

I lifted up my rosemary pot and noticed these tily little round whitish things in its tray. They are the size of a pin head. Looking through a magnifying glass, they look like tiny snails. The pot was amongst my winter squash as I had rosemarie keeps bugs away. It didn't do its job, as we proceeded to have squash bugs, cucumber beetles, Japanese beetles, and a few other crawlers I did not recognize. I poured soapy water with neem oil as well as hydrogen peroxide through the rosemary pot before bringing indoors..... Should I throw out the whole pot ?

I don't mind snails. But are they really snails ? I was planning to put the put in the garden for one more season and then discard it. But I don't want problems with my houseplants. Off course, they may already have gotten contaminated....

Sorry, pictures aren't great, this is the best I could do.
