Rooted violet leaves : what now?

I was attempting to save my first ever violet by several means. This was back in November.

I cut it off and repotted the trunk, and bagged the whole plant. It’s still bagged, I have no idea how long this takes.

I then stuck 4 leaves with short stems into rooting powder, then straight into violet potting mix with extra perlite added. Bagged the whole pot. .2 leaves have died and been removed. The remaining ones I rebagged.

Last, I put 2 leaves into a small glass of water through some plastic wrap. Lo and behold, 2 months later, they have roots.

How do I transition these to soil? These roots are so delicate. Or should I move them to perlite first?

Thanks.
