Consider rotating the table so it's lengthways in the space and will have more space on the sides. Might give you space to add a narrow buffet cabinet that you can hang art above. Perhaps an updated chandelier would help but can't tell from the dark photo. Don't know if that's a sliding door at the end, but some pretty drapes mounted high that bring color in the space would be something to consider. Good luck!

I agree with @jackowskib ^ and remove the table cloth until you are ready to set the table for a meal.

Turn your table around you might be surprised to see there's space for a sideboard. You can find an inexpensive one such as below on Wayfair or find nice old style buffets on places such as Marktplace or used furniture stores that you can paint.

Remove the table cloth and place a centrepiece. Hang a large chandelier that will give you good lighting as your room looks very dark, perhaps painting your walls in a warm white would also help. If your furniture is all wood tone, you might consider painting the chairs black for contrast. Install side drapes to your window plus a natural fibre roman shade to give a nice finished look.

I agree with turning the table 45 degrees and centered under the chandelier. I wouldn’t crowd the left side with furniture, but instead create an art gallery display that wraps around the corner and stops so that there is equal empty wall space on both sides of the window.
