Sterilisation of eggs or cocoons

Hi there everyone, I'm looking to utilise worms (Eiseniella tetraedra) for an experiment examining the hosted parasites. For this experiment I need to create uninfected populations and for this I need to sterilise freshly laid eggs. This is possible to do with other species like gammarus, however I have so far failed to encounter a method of doing so for worms. Of course the fact that they utilise cocoon complicates matters and so I'm wondering if anyone in this community has ever come across anything that might be of use to my work.

Many thanks in advance
