Paint suggestions? Looking for something warm in off-white or gray

My tile is Metalwood Platino from Arizona Tile and the countertop is Calacatta Gold quartz with champagne bronze fixtures/hardware. Vanity is espresso and would like to keep the wall color warm but nothing dark since the lighting isn't the greatest.

I am leaning towards Aesthetic White or Eider White. I also like Pale Oak and Classic Gray but clearly I can't decide!

I looked up your tile choice, and see that you have already grouted the floor... that's fine.

I think if you painted the trim in the room the same color you choose for the wall color, it would look more sophisticated.

No to gray.

SW Alabaster is a great soft white, fresh a compliment your hardware choices and Calacatta gold countertop. Is the vanity Base staying dark? if so, keep everything else light.

minimal or no window coverings unless you need privacy.

We haven't grouted yet but I chose Frost over warm gray to keep it light. Vanity is staying that espresso color (forced into this reno due to a leak so trying to save where I can). I definitely want to keep the walls light but not stark white. I considered Alabaster but thought it may pull yellow. Thank you so much for your feedback!

I am currently painting my exterior Colonnade after losing a lot of sleep and 12 paint samples later. Anew was my 2nd choice, but it is a little dark for my house and has purple undertones in certain light. I think Anew or Colonnade would look great with your rock. Definitely paint samples on different sides of your house and obviously by your rock. Lighting and fixed structures make a huge difference.

Is your lighting in ? If not forget choosing wall colors. Get sample cans and narrow your choice to 3 that you like not tons or you will never get this done. All your lighting should be LEDs in 4000K to make the colors stay true at night. I would keep this simple do thewalls in whatever color you choose in a matte finish and use the same color for the trim but in semigloss it will look like a different color just because of the sheen. IMO this si too soon to be choosing wall colorat all I know builders always want to have the paint done before the floors .IMO I would not do white at all since there are so many undertones with whites I would choose a soft gray/ green instead like Healing Aloe BM I find those types of colors much more neutral the beiges, grays or whites it is what I choose when builders are pushing for paint color.

I'm doing sw snowbound on my kitchen walls and sw shoji white on the cupboards and it looks very similar to your first model photo, I got this combo from a Lauren Liess "Best House on the Block" makeover. My kitchen gets a lot of natural light and shoji can look totally different in other rooms of my house though. If your lighting works though it's a beautiful combo! White Duck is similar to shoji with less undertone (shoji has a wink of green). Just attached the photo from Lauren Liess with this combo. Shoji white cupboards look a little creamier in my house than in this photo.

Color info can be confusing but you have been given some good info above. This additional info may help: what does hue mean? hue means color, i.e. red, yellow, blue. Value means lightness or darkness. Baby blue is a pale or light blue; navy blue is a dark blue. Chroma means: does this color absorb light (look dark) or does it reflect light (look light). These aspects of paint are what make up the color and therefore make the difference in the look. If you are interested in the best white for your room, and you are uncertain which they are , check out the colors named above. They are some of the most used and best white colors from BM. Buying large color samples, or buying a small can of paint for $7 and painting it on your wall is the surest way of finding what you like. Or you can just call Gil Shaefer and ask. I did that years ago with a decorator I saw in Architectural Digest....and we had a lively chat.

IMO get better lighting then choose wall color , wall apint will not help brighten a room only lighting can do that. I like all LED 4000K for kitchens and bathrooms .
