Sometimes when I'm being given directions, rob, e.g. staff person at supermarket pointing people to the best checkout, I say, "It's nice, when people tell you 'where to go', they do it with a smile!"

Once, when I'd said it, someone said, "what are you talking about - you can't see her smile due to her wearing that mask?"

My reply was, "You can see her eyes".

Our eyes often send messages, don't they?
