Looked at this several times last night -- nothing. Just looked at it now and it hit me instantly - yay! Thanks Jasdip, for the brain workout!

Letters, When the answer hits you, it hits you! I had to laugh, I was so focused on the last line being part of a certain word but when I changed my thinking it just hit me and then there was no doubt it was the correct answer!
