Im helping my adult kids first time home purchase, and need help with the exterior.

The roof is aluminum (silver) and it has a brick facade.

What paint colors to use? Paint the brick or keep it like it is?

They want it to look like south Florida not it's current color scheme.

Can it look coastal or farmhouse style?

Landscape really needs a plan!
