We just painted, added cabinets and a new sink to our mud room/laundry room. Before it was hideous and now it’s improved but I’m still not satisfied. The contractor suggested we not center our cabinets and instead place flush to the wall but now there’s an awkward space that needs to be filled. Our room is also a very strange shape so finding something that will fit next to the sink is giving me heartburn.

Would love any advice to improve the aesthetic of my little laundry room and ensure it’s functional. Help please….
