I am in the process of building a new office in my house. It is on the first floor It will be small and i can't change that, I would like help determining windows and placement. I have two brand new windows that i could use but don't have to. They are 30" x 69" but i can buy a different window if needed.

The only wall i can place windows is the wall with the window in the picture below. Currently no windows are in the wall. The window in the picture is the size of the window i have available to use. Was wondering about putting a second window in as well to make the space not seem so small. The ceiling height is just over 9'

I have currently framed out the room, just need to frame out the windows.

Answers to questions from the comments:

The wall with a window is a north facing wall so there isn't a glare issue.

There are currently no other windows / doors on this wall on this floor.

This is utilizing an existing space that I have framed in a portion of the space.

Thanks for any advice

Didn't originally show the exterior of the house because it needs a lot of work. I will have to cut back all the bushes. The office will be around where the red square is.
