David Austin Roses (James Galway Climbing)

My husband and I are turning out back yard into a rose garden. We’ve had a lot of success with David Austin bare root roses. We planted a James Galway climbing rose this year in our front yard. It’s about 2.5 ft tall and has beautiful dark green leaves. It grew quickly up till a few months ago but since it last flowered it has had no new growth. I added some fertilizer to it a few weeks ago but still nothing. If anyone has experience with this rose I’d love to know how quickly you think it grows.
We have a range of DA roses and some grow quickly and some have definitely grown far slower. The roses that seem to grow the slowest for us have been Eustasia vye, scepter d isle, and princess Anne. Whereas, our Gabriel Oak grows like a weed and I have to trim it back almost monthly.
Any advice or insight would be appreciated.
