You've most likely painted by now. But if you haven't, just try out your Blonde paint in there, since you probably still have a partial can sitting around. Doesn't cost anything but a little time to try it. I kinda think you'll need something a bit different to go with the light grey. I wanted desperately to go with Restoration Hardware Cappuccino or Flax in my bath. But even though anything with gold tones clashed with my beige/taupe tile, the Cappuccino was too off and the Flax too dark. Take a look at their website to see if one of those types of colors would work for you. I would do a white terry shower curtain with a greyed brown wall color, and towels in the flax or mocha tones in there. Red

Hmmm, on the other hand, this vanity in Gray seems to work well in a Beige bath. Ok, I think I'm going to go dark brown or creamy white... Most of the pictures that I see of beige bathrooms almost always have dark brown. I'm worried the white will take alot of abuse in our only full bath. It also took alot of fortitude to do the white cabinets in our kitchen. I think maybe psychologically white isn't in my comfort zone. We live in the North East, I wonder if that bears any influence... Thanks everyone!

When you have a room with doors and windows like yours, it does make arranging furniture difficult. Most people are not using dressers anymore. Walk in closets with organizers help eliminate bigger furniture. Is your closet of a good size? You might be able to eliminate a dresser? I would put a small bench at the foot of the bed, not chairs. Chairs would be too large. Reduce the amount of furniture in the room and you will enjoy it more. Might be time to go through everything and make sure you get rid of those things you haven't used in a couple of years, donate them or pitch out! You might be amazed. Good luck. Before you do much else, go through that exercise, get the furniture in the best arrangement possible and then think about colors, walls, etc.

I'd never want black in a bathroom with all the towel and TP lint.
