My daughter wants to learn how to make veggie burgers and asked if I knew how. Too expensive in the stores. It's been ages since I've homemade them. But we like them too. So she wants to come over and learn how to make veggie burgers :)

What are folks tried and true recipes? I'm open for beans, beets, cauliflower, tofu, other... A variety to try out is more fun than just one.
