Paint: Shades of white for whole house walls and trim

Help! There are so many shades of white! We bought a house that has medium/dark blue walls and ceilings throughout, and we're having every inch of it painted to be lighter, brighter, whiter. I was thinking BM Chantilly Lace or Simply White for trim, moldings, ceilings(?), and cabinets, and then want a just slightly creamy off-white that does NOT lean gray/blue or tan/yellow/green. I read some horrifying posts about Alabaster looking yellow/green in north facing rooms, which is what I fear I am working with here (this main living area and kitchen faces north/west). I want it just a smidge off-white that it is distinct enough from the trim, but otherwise not really leaning any specific way on the color wheel.

What color might look best with Chantilly Lace trim? BM Pale Oak or White Dove? SW White Duck? F&B Schoolhouse white? Attached are photos of the house and a few pics of what I think I'm going for, I just have no idea how our lighting will affect the undertones in the colors.
