Enhancer will definitely make the grout darker, but it varies depending on the grout. The best thing to do is make up a sample board before you commit.

It is a great house aside from the front doors and garage doors. The white is not attractive next to the natural wood siding. If the siding needs to be refreshed, do that, and replace those doors with a better style and color. It's not going to be easy to cover the front door on that house style. Hopefully you are usually entering the house from the garage. I guess if it were me I wouldn't look at covering the front door until it's time to replace the roof.
