Is there a drain hole in the pot? Might be time for a bigger pot anyway. When you water, set the pot in a bucket and fill to the soil line. Let it sit for 20 minutes and then drain. There is an Orchid Forum for advice.

Well, there's 95% of the problem!! Whatever idiot thought using ice cubes to water a tropical plant was a smart idea and promoted that practice knows nothing about growing orchids!

The plant is obviously showing signs of drought stress - the droopy flowers and limp leaves clearly illustrate that.

Follow tj's advice above or take orchid pot to the sink and thoroughly flush with room temp water weekly or as often as needed. The substrate should not be allowed to completely dry out. But never let it sit in water for more than a few minutes - flush, drain well and then return to the decorative pot.

Save the ice cubes for a gin and tonic, not the orchid!! 😜

Using ice cubes is your problem. Your orchid is severely dehydrated and needs a good soaking. I assume it is in a clear plastic pot that sits in that ceramic outer pot. You need to remove it from the ceramic pot and leave it in the plastic pot to soak it. After it recovers, if you want it to live and grow, buy some orchid food to add to the water . Btw ... where exactly is one supposed to cut the flower stem, when the flowers are done? I've never understood in detail. (I think sometimes you can get it to rebloom?)

I like phalanopsis but I give mine to a relative because too many of mine didn't make it. (I probably overwatered.)

However, many people seem to get great results with them and they live a long time, once the water and lighting are figured out.

IMO, phals are the easiest orchid to grow. The only genus I've had long term success with and even managed to get to rebloom. I've had subsequent flowering on phals both from the production of a new flower spike as well as from shoots from an old spike. If you look closely at the spent flower stem you should see several growth nodes. Cut off just above a plump, healthy one about midway down, tend the plant carefully and keep your fingers crossed. That cut should stimulate a new flower shoot at that point.

I remember back when I had my first orchids. i placed it in the fridge to force it to rebloom. then everyone got mad at me.

If you are unsure where to cut, it is best to simply leave the flower stem alone.
