You're focused on the two different whites because there is nothing else to focus upon. Seems to me that the wall paint should be a closer match to the tile floor. That would provide a contrast to the whites and direct attention elsewhere.

A naked bulb, an unfinished space, and Face Time? I see nothing wrong with the counter top. If you arrive home and hate the paint? You paint again.

The pink had a reason and and an inspo pic?......girl glam bath? Post it. But know that pink in towels, pink in some art...in accessories...... can go a long way.

Painting the walls in a half tone of the gray in your tile? A nice possibility! I see nothing wrong with the counter top. Do I love the pink? No. I think the floor makes the pink read a bit sallow and a tad "dirty" . I think you can have a far, far richer look with a change of PAINT.

Show the rest of the bath........shower , tub, etc,and it would be helpful to know what you were going for: )

I agree that trying to match whites is so difficult that it's easier to go not-white with one of the materials/surfaces. Jan, those are beautiful pictures.

K L I have learned that now. I wish the contractor's designer who helped me pick out the countertop and cabinet color would have said something. She advised me on this cabinet color and not to go bright white because bright white gets dirty and shows everything. We picked out 4 countertops for them to price. She did mention about looking at the shade of the countertop but in the sample it seemed to match.

Pic I looked at when choosing paint color. Obviously this is a bright white cabinet, which I didn't consider.

I agree with the other commenters that it's probably the wall color that isn't working. But bearing in mind that it the work isn't finished, the lighting isn't installed and you are viewing it remotely, you have no way of knowing at this point. Paint is the easiest thing to change, so try not to worry about it for now and see how it looks when it's finished. You might need a slightly different shade of pink, or maybe gray would work better. Warm whites have a yellow undertone (even if undetectable to most people), and this would fight with pink. Agree with Jan that the floor has enough pattern, you don't need to add more. If you want, put some herringbone in the niche if you're going to have one, but you don't need it.

It's a tub/shower so no floor tile in the shower. It's in a separate wet room.

Another tile I was considering was this tile. I have it all purchased of course but I should be able to return it and switch to this.

I wanted to do subway tile in a herringbone pattern but my contractor said it would be very expensive which is why I switched to this mosaic herringbone.

and I have no daylight but I am having 3 can lights installed and will have 4 sconce lights on each side of the mirrors. Then flush mount light in wet room. So the lighting should improve!

Hard to say 100% from photos, but I think the only issue you will have is the wall color not being quite right with the floors ... that is an easy fix later on, to have the walls repainted in the perfect color once you have your proper lighting.

Your "contractor" apparently has no pro tile sub contractor.

Quite honestly since it's a tub /shower, only the walls? I'd simply repeat the FLOOR on the WALLS. Yes, you can do that, floor can go on walls, despite wall tile can NOT go on the floor.

Or..........do a smaller arabesque. The rigid geometry doesn't feel quite right with the movement in the floor tile, to me.

It's in a separate "wet space"! I'd simply repeat the floor.!!! Then? If no glass in the wet space ? A high end white waffle weave shower curtain. Done. Assess all the rest when you return.
