White cabinet and vanity color mismatch?

Nikki Bisco
last year

Hello - I'm doing a bathroom remodel. The floors, vanity and now countertop are installed and the walls are painted. I am out of town for a couple months but my contractor insisted it would be ok to keep working on it while I am away. Looking at photos I am afraid the countertop looks bad with the cabinet. Of course it's hard to know for sure not being there in person. When I facetime I feel like it looks even worse. The lighting is also not installed and currently there is one very yellow bulb lighting the room. Fore example the pink walls look darker than they really are they are very faint pink (Intimate White by Sherwin Williams). I'm really fretting about this and what to do. Do I wait and see how it all turns out? Do I replace the counter? Paint the cabinet a more bright white? Paint the walls white, if so what tone? I hate to wait for this to all be done to repaint. Ugh! Help!

(before counter was installed so you can see floors) The pink walls look darker than real life.

On facetime maybe the camera is throwing off the colors?
