help me choose the right paint color

Almost home
last year

Planning to repaint our great room and dining kitchen area. The paint on the walls is Benjamin Moore, Oak Ridge, which is too dark especially since the mature trees have blocked the sun from our eastern exposure. The adjoining room is painted with Bm Crisp Khaki.

Considering Accessible Beige, Sherwin Williams, or Netsuke. Looking for a high LRV (light reflective value). Interestingly, Sherwin Williams, accessible beige, looks lighter than the crisp khaki on the wall but it has a lower LRV. Any suggestions?

Also planning to repaint our dining room, which is now Pratt and Lambert, Vintage Claret . I loved this color years ago and it’s perfect for a dining room, but it needs a facelift. Thoughts on a good neutral that will work with this room. The rug may be replaced down the road, but for now it stays.
