Critique my kitchen layout!

Hello!

We are finally remodeling our kitchen/living/dining rooms in our 1969 ranch and are currently in the planning stage. We will be removing a load bearing wall and vaulting the ceiling, moving a window and a door and appliance locations- full gut job.

Seeking advice on the layout below:






Am I missing anything? Is the work triangle okay? Range and sinks far enough apart? Enough prep space?


Notes:

-The window and sink are the only things not moving and I’d like to keep it that way if possible.

-I really don’t want a sink or range in the island!

-Would you soffit the cabinets up to the vaulted ceiling?
