Solve this wild bedroom/bathroom layout

We have a 50's 3b/1.5ba ranch that underwent a UNIQUE renovation in the 80s, to say the least. As best we can tell, it used to be a 2/1 or 2/1.5. The back wall of the main bath was knocked out and a master bedroom built behind it. As a result, the only way to access the master bedroom is through the bathroom!

We'd rather work within the existing footprint of the house, but we're struggling to find a solution that doesn't either cost us a bedroom (dealbreaker) or leave us with bedrooms that are pretty tiny. Is there a way to carve 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms out of the left-hand side of the house?

We're open to turning other rooms into bedrooms, but we need to end up with 3 active bedrooms and an enclosed office space that can either be designed as a bedroom or bonus room. Of course we also need a kitchen, dining, and living area. We'd prefer to work within the existing footprint if at all possible. The full square footage is about 2,000.

Layout is attached. I sort of frankensteined schematics from two parts of the house together, so the den, porch, and bonus room may not be quite to scale.
