full grain leather sofa needs restoration

I live in the Cleveland Ohio area. Our Michael Thomas sofa is 20 years old and went through grandchildren and pets. The leather is full grain aniline (before I knew aniline was probably too fragile for our family room) The feather and down cushions need to be refilled or wrapped or something. Drooping terribly. The leather surfaces on the seat cushions need to be restored, the finish is gone

. I tried some leather products and nothing helped. Sofa looks awful BUT we actually love it. Weird huh? MT does not even have a sofa like it anymore.

Anyone have any suggestions? I called a couple of leather restoration places and they do not handle sofas!

I could get an upholster to reshape and fill the cushions. What do you think of Rub n' Restore for leather?
