@Devin, our Guardian Oak has held up great. No scratches that I can see and that is with a dog, a cat, and two kids. We have felt on the bottom of all the furniture, but I did just check the bottom of the stairs where the cat and dog regularly chase each other with audible scratching as they rush around the corner. I couldn’t find anything. With the animals, we vacuum almost every day. It does show dust and dirt, but we’d rather see it and vacuum regularly than unknowingly walk through kid crumbs. :) Our only issue has been the install concerns I mentioned. We get some movement at the end joints still, as they had trouble going together in spots. Shaw suggested CA glue as the solution, but I haven’t been brave enough to try that yet.

Thanks so much! So far we love it! All I have done so far is wiped it with a damp cloth. It doesn't show dust. It doesn't show footprints. We have not used it anywhere else yet, but we do plan on using it in our master bath when we redo that in the spring. I have nothing but positive comments to make. It's more of a medium tone- as far as I'm concerned. We had darker color samples and lighter ones also. We chose Brenwick because it most closely matched the rest of the woodwork in the house. We did put in white baseboard but the trim around the doors and the doors themselves are wood. Hope this helps!

I have had both. We just moved from a home with Lifeproof LVP into a home with COREtec. Lifeproof feels really more comfortable to walk on. It has a more rubbery underlay and much more comfortable for standing for long periods of time. Going from laminate flooors, we immediately noticed the comfort and it never felt cold, like the laminate or COREtec. COREtec is much harder on the feet, but looks more realistic to hardwood flooring.
