I did art around mine ... our TV is on a vintage buffet. In fact, my wall and ceiling height are very similar to yours. A few examples of countless arrangements you could do. It might help to cut pieces of paper or cardboard out and tape them to the wall to see what sizes/arrangements you like. Also — lots of ideas on the web, searching ‘art around TV’, etc.

I have used art.com a lot. Their framing is cheaper than what I have found locally (large metro area). Your results may vary. Art should be chosen by you as not everyone is going to like the same things, but art.com has tons of choices. You can look for items that are kitchen themed such as wine bottles if you're into wine. People also sometimes find things they like on etsy. If it were me I would chose something colorful, but that may not be your style.

I try to avoid art under glass as the sun or lamps make it hard to see. I would suggest you get a nice outdoor scene work of art from online or a studio. There are lots of sites that sell online. I'd get something that shows colors and meaning but you have your own choices.

Hang a gallery of framed botanicals to tie in the green buffet and give it some height. Clear the top and put something useful there like a pitcher and glasses and fresh flowers.
