Comments (6)Vicki, Those aren't bowling balls, they are round glass whatevers, like the one is probably a small goldfish bowl, and I think the bigger reddish one is a light fixture cover. sometimes I use the brush if there is a little spot that won't cover, but if you put enough nail polish inside the glass whatever, it should cover it all. Now, the bowling balls I have made, I have spray painted some first, depending on the color of the ball. You really need to let the paint set up, though, because if you try to silicone too fast, the paint peels off. But, now that you have mentioned it, dumping nail polish on the bowling balls sounds pretty cool, I may have to try that!!...See MoreNail Polish
Comments (10)It is so not a fungus. The yellow color can come from wearing dark colors for too long and it stains the nails. Also it has to do with the UVA/UVB light turning clear top coat yellow. BARIELLE nail brightener will fix you up in no time. I use it all the time. It is made for people who want the healthy natural look on their nails. Here is a link that might be useful: Barielle - nail brightener...See MoreHelp...got nail polish on leather jacket!
Comments (4)Well, tryed the peanut butter with no luck and couldn't find the goop stuff so decided to 'carefully' try the polish remover so put a little on a q-tip, held my breath, and did a little spot and it came off so carefully done the rest(size of a quarter), then immediately rubbed on some of my eye makeup remover with aloe vera jell & wiped that off real quick. I also tryed the 'eye sweep' stuff by itself too but it didn't take the polish off, but thought since it was gentle enough for the eye area it should be ok for my jacket! lol. I am sooo happy & also learned my lesson with the nail polish!...See MoreAnyone used Liquid Nails?
Comments (5)LOL!! More worried about not marking up where just painted. This should have been done before painting but if any of the bottom gets damaged I can work around it (which I think is what the former owner did). So much of the baseboard is in awkward places and not obvious I'm not too worried. What does worry me is getting off what's already there. I have a little cat's claw (paw?) that has been one of my most useful tools. Fortunately, the most obvious place that some one might see was the one with the top of the wall molding and practically fell off the wall....See More- last yearlast modified: last year
