My collection had included more Agave species so wanted to expand to Aloe (other than Aloe vera), and don't see the infinite Agave hybrids that are commonplace among Aloes, so guessing that Aloes just hybridize readily, but not sure.

Neither are wayetii. That I can say for sure. The second one is pubicalyx. The first one presents a bit more of a challenge. On first glance, I would say it is hoya sp aff burtoniae. It was sold in a lot of big box stores as DS-70 or bilobata. If the leaves are very rigid and have a bit of a fuzzy feeling to them, that makes me a bit more confident about my ID.

I had a ZZ plant for about 7 years. Loved the glossy leaves, every year transplanted to a larger pot. It was probably 5-6 ft tall. Gave some away…very hardy. Then, over one winter it wept resin like sap all over our sunroom window and hardwood floor. It took a fast trip to the woods, and clean up was very difficult. Enjoy it, but watch for any weeping!
