brutuses -- Can you dim these? I love the 'glow' when our sconces are on dim. I haven't gone to CFLs, waiting to see some that can be dimmed...also unhappy about the mercury problem they present. Yeah, I'm a hanger-backer about new and improved anything. (I really need to replace the Flex-Seal pressure cooker, though. LOL)

In case Jenn gets notifications on this thread, I have a similar problem. I wanted to use sconces but think there is not enough room so I think we might need to use a bathroom bar. How is the lighting you are receiving from the lighting? Are the shadows impossible? Troubling? Minimal? Thanks...should you see this.

Instead of trying to find a light that will fit a square peg in a round hole, why not just have the electrician come out and lower the boxes. When the light comes at you, it's much more flattering than from above you. I joke all the time that I'm bald in the closet (overhead light only) but gorgeous at the vanity. LOL If you get the right sconces and placement, I'd bet you won't even turn on those overhead cans except to clean. Good luck!

There is also Classic Gray – LRV: 74.74, Pale Oak – LRV: 69.89, Dreamy Cloud - LRV:76 meaning it will reflect quite a bit of light back into a room. In an intensely lit room with direct sunlight, it will fade out quite a bit but will regain its colour once the sun shifts.
