Hi, Jenn-- Here in Southern California, red tile roofs are a pretty common occurrence, often used to invoke the Spanish Mission era settlements that first populated the area. Lots of great options here to work with the visual strength of a red tile expanse, but the one I find most successful is to work with the imagery of the original adobe and find inspiration there. The lighter (whiter) and brighter the stucco, the more it reads like whitewashed adobe, and a warm, medium to dark brown for the trim to resemble an unpainted wood tone. The combo really leavens out the intensity of the red and leaves you with a great framework that can feature a pop-of-color doorway in sage, turquoise, or ocean. You might also consider edging your front entryway in a red brick, or edging with Spanish tile to carry the theme through into the landscape--just a fun thought. Cheers!

Here's what I recommend for your home. Embrace the lovely California Santa Barbara style for your home. Your home can be very special with a few adjustments. All the window frames should be bronze. Either replace them or paint them. Add a wood or faux wood wall pergola over your garage door and start bougainvillea trailing from the trellis Either select a wood grain garage door or have it painted to match your front door If you want to spend more money select Mexican tiles to install on the risers of your stairs for more interest. Your front yard needs some serious landscaping. No lawn IMO. Maybe ferns and a palm tree. Ferns in the front yard. Mexican planters are a must. You want this look for your home IMO. The paint color is not your issue. Landscaping is.

Hey Jess. For greys is go for Sherwin Williams Popular Grey, Behr Silver City, or Mindful gray or for a off white color I'd do Egret White from Sherwin Williams. I also like this color combo, I think the olive with the red roof and greige-ish exterior complement each other very well. Hope this helps :)

Thank you Marylee! i Love these images. I’m thinking we go for a creamy white stucco (Swiss Coffee or Navajo White).. I was trying to go more contemporary than Mediterranean, but these colors just make sense with the roof.
