My results were ambiguous.

I got two different responses on the short and long tests. I didn't feel the long test represented me fully so I took the short test also. I would definitely say I reflect characteristics of both but the short test was most fitting.

The short test seems more true to me (for good and bad) 8. The Challenger.

The long test resulted in 3. The Achieverand it was also the second highest (by large margin) in the short test. I definitely recognize parts of The Achiever in myself but not all.

Dee, you’re so thoughtful! Still on my medical mystery tour, with a break this past week since I’ve been out of town. Currently wearing a heart monitor for 2 weeks, and I have a couple more tests coming up on Monday. Every other test has been normal and if it’s not Lyme (that’s one of Monday’s tests) then I think my dr will have to say it’s long covid. I feel better than I did a few weeks ago, still just out of breath more easily but I wonder if it would even be noticeable if I weren’t paying attention. I’ll be interested to see how I feel when I attempt to get back to my normal exercise routine next week. Last time I got on the Peloton, I had a tough time!

My results were the same for both - also 9w1 - Peacemaker with Self Preservation variant. Some of the description for those was accurate, some wasn't. I tend to think I'm more Self Preservation and less Peacemaker. I always find these things interesting but kind of useless. I guess if you're having some kind of problems and lack self-awareness something like this might help point you in the right direction for improvement.

I knew for sure I'd be in their "perfectionist pain in the azz" category, so I am happy it was tempered by "helper."

I will need to check my test results for the E test, they're here someplace. SueB, somehow I missed that you're having health issue...what is going on? Hope they can give you some definitive answers!

Type 4 (The Individualist) is I guess pretty common for those who have an artsy side.

A lot of my "real life" friends are 1w2s as well. I think we get along because we sympathize with each other's perfectionist streaks and let each other take turns running the show.

I'll never forget the time I was traveling with my gang and we walked up to a tourist booth to get a map. The woman looked at us and said, "Okay, who is the type A leader who gets the map?". We busted out laughing and said, "We all are!".
