I'm looking too for two bathrooms and have found good items (and good prices) at Pier 1, Marshalls, Ross, TJ Maxx and Tuesday Morning. I need to check out Lowes and Home Depot too, because I remember seeing that they had some pretty framed mirrors. I have trouble with buying online because it's so hard to tell finish. But if you are buying something without a frame, or black/white/silver/etc. that might be easier.

olychick, thank you for taking a look. :) I'm relieved to hear you think a white shower pan is best. I am heading out now to find porcelain marble look tiles for the shower walls to pick up the gray as you suggested. I want a shiny finish to the walls. Tell me if you think that's a misstep. I am avoiding marble as I have a marble topped vanity now that is pock marked with etchings. As far as seeing myself in the vanity, yes, I think I will be able to do so. I was planning on a black framed mirror spanning the vanity. My current vanity is 32 1/4" high (as will be the new vanity) and when seated on my vanity stool my reflection is seen up to my chest. The only issue currently is that my knees are pressed against drawers. I failed to mention that I was thinking of using absolute black granite for the vanity top for two reasons: one being cost and the other being to avoid etching. Will doing so deviate too much from my inspiration? It's a bit hard for me to vote for what to put in the bottom two baths because I'm not sure what else is going in there. In general, I like frameless mirrors in a very "light" feeling bath -- mostly white and/or pedestal vs vanity. I like painted wood frames in a variety of bathrooms. And of course Lyfia's mirrors are really pretty in her room, and would work nicely in your two lower bathrooms if you're skewing mostly lighter or white wood/tile/fixtures. Can you fill us in a bit more? For your top two baths a framed silver-tone mirror with a fairly substantial frame (again, much like Lyfia's) would be my second choice. As you have some visually "hefty" items in the vanity and counter colors, however, I too would like to see a dark-stained framed mirror. Now granted, I'm a bit biased as the dark-with-dark is what I did, but as I was using mostly light colors in there I didn't want the vanity to be all by its lonesome. So: Good luck finishing up. Doing one bath reno drove me wild -- I can't imagine having a brain left after *four* bathrooms!

@Tammy Lutz, I really like your vanity lights and I'm looking for some. Do you happen to know what brand/model those are? If anyone else has links to pictures of similar ones and knows what type, I know it's off topic for this thread but send me a message if you can. I like the longer shades on this one that cover the bulb--hate seeing it glaring out the bottom of so many ordinary covers you can get at the hardware store--and the frosted glass. I'm looking for brushed nickel and a clean, simple design aesthetic--getting ready to update all the hardware in two bathrooms that have 25-year-old mismatched stuff. I'm also figuring out what kinds of mirrors to hang, which is what got me to this discussion.
