Help me help my apples and cherries recover

A very hungry deer (or two) broke into my fenced backyard and went to town on everything that appealed to it - strawberries, grapevine, heuchera, phlox, growing tips of all the fruit trees, Didn't seem to care for arugula or rhubarb LOL. Blueberries are under netting so they were safe.

I am only concerned about my 2 super-dwarf apples and my Romance cherry bushes, because he pretty much stripped them of their leaves. They all are carrying fruit (lots of those were eaten too). I suppose it is beyond reason to hope to harvest anything now - but what should I do to help them regrow foliage, if anything? They are all in-ground.

Should I give them any certain fertilizer? Prune off the remaining green fruit? Rain is still plentiful.
