My only suggestion is to put the tub under the window/beside the vanity and put the water closet in that hidden corner to be less obvious. I think it is nice to see the bathtub when you enter the room because of the accesories that can go around it. Makes for a nice focal point! How about a pocket door as well? A nice touch in the bathrooms with them that I have seen (more space). Very nice indeed, good luck!

You could try doing cove lighting, wall grazing/ washing instead of the traditional options of sconces/ pendants/ recessed lighting.

I am assuming you don't want to change anything in the shower...if that's the case, how do you enter the shower now ? << Our current layout has the tub as shown in Option A and the shower as shown in both options, and the toilet as shown in Option B. Our lower right wall is angled with a small vanity. This wall will be removed so the bottom right is square as shown in the layouts. Yes, we have the option of moving the plumbing. I think we will be limited on toilet movement since I understand that the toilet should be within 4' of the vent. The vent is about 2' "north" of the toilet. I am not sure if other vents are available. We enter the shower now by walking between the toilet and tub. Thank you very much for drawing out all of the other options. I am giving some thought to all of them and will draw out some more layouts using yours and everyone else's ideas. Will hopefully post those later today.
