Help finding white/off white curtain

I bought white curtains for my bedroom, but they look awful when next to the trim and baseboards. The trim and baseboards are Benjamin Moore White Dove. Does anyone have a specific curtain and color you could recommend that will work with white dove, I have a hard time knowing what colors/tones work well together. Thank you.

I suspect if you change to all whites, they won't be exactly the same shade of white, either. Pre-update, I had a white sink and a couple of white appliances and none of them were exactly the same shade of white, nor did any of the whites match the off-white cabinets nor the white countertop appliances (coffeemaker, coffee grinder, microwave). If your granite is as drop-dead-gorgeous as it sounds, THAT is what will be noticed! I agree with yesdear (love that name!) that you could switch the faucet and keep everything else off-white. Or have you checked to see if you can just switch the white handles? Some faucets come with a choice of tip colors and can be changed.

Oh my gosh! I'm reading all of your posts right now to my Hubby so he'll know I'm NOT the only one who can't make a decision on a backsplash! LOL I have the white Alaska granite countertops as well. It has been well over a year and I still can't decide! And although I do love them, it's such a hard decision to match them with a BS! I'm so happy I came across all of your posts. I know your struggles! However, hopefully, by now you have found the perfect backsplash for your kitchen countertops! Please post pictures if you have time. I wouldn't worry about it. I would have chosen blinds to match the trim but it is what it is; it's just a blended color scheme off-whites. NBD. Once you get everything in place, it will look fine.

Hi Erin- can you upload a photo? It is difficult for us to know what it all looks like together just from your verbal description. Also, the weight and fabric type of the curtain in the specific color makes a difference too. If it is white white but it is sheer organza or dupioni or raw silk or billowy chiffon that’s one thing. But other fabrics in a stark white can look like a sheet as Patricia stated.

The curtains do not have to exactly match the trim color. Just how far off are they? It's difficult to determine the actual color from photos on a computer monitor.

If you are wanting ready-made curtains, try Ikea, Pottery Barn and The Vermont Country Store. You can order a sample or several small curtains (usually a valance), and compare to select the one you like best. They have lots of white curtains in lots of fabrics. If you want custom, then your fabricator or designer should be able to provide fabric samples to allow you to select the one that works best with the trim.

I've used off-white IKEA and Target curtains. But hard to tell without seeing photos of your trim/curtains.

Are the present curtains lined? If any natural light coming through the fabric will alter the color. And any painted wall behind it will alter the color.

A bit more expensive, but the one thing (the onyl thing) I recommend from Restoration Hardware is the line of Perennial fabrics for draperies.

I think we need pics and info I do not usually like white drapes thay often look like sheets and I use the bedding to drive the decor in a bedroom so post some pics if you really want actual help.
