Backsplash Help - Alaska White Granite, Off White Cabinets

So, I pulled the trigger on backsplash, had it installed, and it looks awful. Does not match the undertones and colors in the granite. We are going to re-do it.

I have Alaska White granite, my cabinets are off-white (Sherwin Williams Classic Light Buff), my island base is SW Backdrop, and the walls are SW Mindful Gray.

The granite is "busy" so I need a basic backsplash. The field tile you see is Interceramic (I can't remember the color name) and the mosaic is American Olean Mountain Morning Blend. The mosaic works well, but would be too busy as the entire backsplash (it also isn't tall enough for the space, so it will have to be redone if I keep it).

I know it's hard to make suggestions based on pictures and colors aren't always accurate in pictures, but I thought this community might have some suggestions that I can at least start with. I'm heading to another tile store tomorrow which staffs an interior designer.

Here's a close up of my granite, paint chips, and cabinet color (that's an actual cabinet door above the granite). The darker field tile is what is currently installed and the lighter one is one suggested by my original tile shop today.
