Shower height hiccup--to fix or not to fix?

We're almost ready for rough inspection and I was taking a look at the work to date. We gave our GC specs for the shower and the head was to be 78" above the finished floor. However, I realized they put it in at 78" above the subfloor. Is this worth fixing, or should I not worry about it and plan to use a riser arm in the future if we ever need the shower head higher? (For our current plan this should be fine since we are going to use a handheld shower as the main shower head, so will pick up a few inches with that anyway.) Oddly they factored in the tile/pan thickness for the valve heights so those are correct, but I guess forgot to do this for the head itself.
