I dont, because none of it has arrived yet. we are moving from out of state. i have alot of light colored furniture mixed in with wood. For example, my dining room table is dark wood on top with a white frame and white chairs.

if the roofline is going to be that prominent like the 2nd pic, you may want to go w/a slightly lighter roof tile. maybe a silvery gray instead of a charcoal. I did mine w/charcoal spanish cement tile roof, wrought iron trim, swiss coffee body and wood look garage doors. my home is a mediterrean style it used to be golds/brown, beige. hated it. when this color gets old, I'll repaint. not a big deal

One thing that really helps with visualization of to take a good clear picture of your house and use one of the paint programs to color in the parts you'd like to paint. Bronze would look nice for the windows but if you painted the trim to match I feel would blend in to the roof too much if in a similar color. I would suggest removing or seriously trimming back those arborvitae flanking the front door. Enjoy your new house - it looks lovely!

Try to pick shingles, that are more solid color, than variegated, so there is no clash with the pattern of the roof and the pattern of the brick. I also totally agree with your husband. A house with painted brick, wouldnt even get me inside, if I were looking for a house, and one was for sale. The one in the pictures above, was far more elegant looking with the brick color than that boring all over white. There are times, it may be necessary to paint over brick, for some reason or another, but, most people want brick for low maintenance.
