White with dark. Much fresher look than the off white.

Hmmm, the roof in the second pic looks "heavy" to me and pulls a lot of focus.

I like the colors on the second picture the best, but, to know if that would work on your house, we really need to see a picture of your house.

Thank you all. I don’t have a picture of my actual house yet because it’s still being built but it will look pretty much identical to the 2nd picture (the darker house). Now it’s just the matter of choosing the house color, roof color , garage door color and trim colors.

if the roofline is going to be that prominent like the 2nd pic, you may want to go w/a slightly lighter roof tile. maybe a silvery gray instead of a charcoal.

I did mine w/charcoal spanish cement tile roof, wrought iron trim, swiss coffee body and wood look garage doors. my home is a mediterrean style

it used to be golds/brown, beige. hated it.

when this color gets old, I'll repaint. not a big deal

What kind of roof and what color roof do you have? Tiles vs shingles? color? This will set the tone of the house. Both of these color schemes are very trendy (grays, charcoals, blacks) and will date.

The roof in the second photo is very bossy. I agree, choose something more neutral. I like a dark brown roof, but not on so much visible roof.

Maybe a less white shade for the body - a pale beige/gold/tan that works with the dark brown, would be less of a contrast and make the roof less bossy? Anyone care to photoshop?
