Is the brick section the addition? I presume you don't want to change the brick, right? Also, I can't tell what's what in the second photo. Could you please take pictures that are more directly in front of the house and post them? These oblique angles are tough to work with. And a few words to explain what you're doing with the house would be helpful too. Looks like a major overhaul -- how exciting!

you could use them for the fascia trim or the garage doors. I like Urbane Bronze. flo posted it too. I like it w/Alabaster if you want something lighter. because your garage is so front and center, I think if you tweaked that a bit it would add a lot more curb appeal. I gave you two different types of lights and address placques. (you only choose one obviously) first thing I'd do is to remove those arched pop in window panels. The arch is very 90's. they are easy, and cheap to remove or replace here's a very dark door w/square windows and new lights. immediately updates the look Same door in a lighter gray color ligher warm gray, diff light, address placque on brick. this door has no windows, which I don't care for. just showing you the color. I like the square window panels. black door, square grid windows, bronze lights, address, copper pots if you can, get some iron hardware along w/the square window panels. larger lights in a brass or copper planters in a copper or a glazed ceramic and if you want something different, lighten up all the trim with a creamy white, and do a navy garage door (square windows again!)

Mockup time! I tried to use the blue from your 'Wish list' album, but kept some warmth to go with the brick and fencing. The trim color hasn't changed much, a warm slate grey, I somewhat matched the roof with it. In real life the roofing should indeed be picked before the paint. Window frames and (garage) doors in offwhite, towards cream. No idea what material is on the steps/deck, but I muted the orange a bit. Hope you like it. (to return a favour paypal.me/rinkedit)

Molly, landscaping is on the agenda - and yes, absolutely COLOR! Thank you! Pool is next, then kitchen. I'm working in the plants between projects. We've recently taken quite a few giant Sagos out since they've grown too big. I want something for between the windows that will be special. Focal point for sure. It needs to be big enough - but slow growing so it doesn't grow above the roofline. I want it's foilage to fill the space between the windows. Will prob hire a landscape architect.
