Help with Big Bread Fail? :-(

Last night, in an attempt to eat more healthfully, I made my ususal “dutch oven” bread dough but instead of 4 cups KA bread flour I substituted 2 cups KA whole wheat. I altered nothing else, covered it and left it to rise overnight as usual. This morning it still looked more or less like a lump of tan dough. Usually it rises 2/3 up the mixing bowl and is fluffy, smelly, and bubbling. All incredients were super fresh. Rather than turn it out for a second rise, I have put the bowl in the oven on proof setting. I have no experience with WW flour, but this looks hopeless. Is it? TIA for any wisdom.
