Have you considered a larger more sheltered entryway? Do seriously consider putting a roof between the left (garage) wing of the house and the right wing of the house for a larger covered portico, and adding porch/portico lighting in the ceiling of the new portico/porch. As you extend the roof, put your support posts literally against the inner sides of the two wings of the house (rather than crowding the entryway with posts closer together). ... Another option would be to create a rounded front for a flat roof of the portico, https://in.pinterest.com/pin/490610953134023345/ ... with the rounded part front of the flat (or nearly flat) portico roof extending in front of the front exterior wall of the house so it shelters the rounded front steps. By making the roof top of the portico deeper between its upper part (roof/balcony) and its lower part (ceiling), (with or without a railing), you could bridge the distance between the height of the two roof lines.

I'd prob paint the wall a darker accent color (you said blue, so maybe Hale Navy?) this just gives you an idea of a console w/accent wall. more boho I'd wall mount the tv, making sure to drop the cords down in the wall and out the bottom. Get a cool looking media console. If you like vintage, look for a MCM walnut piece I did a Brasilia for mine (except I did art over it), but anything like this would look great on your wall all of these show diff ways to hang art (this one is too low, but it's an option. look at Ikea.) more modern, a floating console You could also do something like this w/floating shelves. (not inset tho)

Probably not what you want to hear but it needs to be lowered. Whether it's set on the console or mounted above it, the center of the TV should be close to eye level which is about 42" from the floor, give or take. It's nice for the TV to have some connection with the console table vs. floating far above it. Also, it works nicely wlhen the console table is about 25% wider than the TV.
