How to dress two side by side windows

I have some nice lined linen drapes for our dining room, but not sure how to best "dress" the two windows. They are a creamy natural linen color, with black out lining. I have 4 panels, each 50" x 108". I will hang them from a stationary rod at the ceiling height.

These are the drapes:

That ugly light fixture will be replaced today, moving the electrical box to center the new rectangular fixture over the table. RE: the paint swatches--the current swatch on the right is not the color we have chosen, we'll be using a very beige greige color-BM Edgecomb Gray.

So--do I dress each window separately, using 1 pair of drapes for each window, or hang panels on each side of the room, stacking to the outside of each window?

(we will probably never pull the drapes, they're just to finish off the room)
